The Leica M Monochrom (Typ 246) camera is now officially announced:

• Available on May, 7th.
• Leica MP body with 2gb buffer, sapphire glass
• Only available in black, no silver version for now
• New 24MP sensor
• Shoot video in b&w
• 25,000 ISO
• Also 3 new color filters will be announced
• 7,250€ price in EU/ $7,450 in the US
